Polyurethane adhesive for repair and modification of inflatable boats, trampolines, etc. This adhesive is actually used in the production of inflatable boats in factories and is recommended for use in sticking various handles and accessories to inflatable boats.

Cold glue method:

1) Mark the place for the patch. Cut a patch from fabric or PVC film in a size that is 4-5 cm larger than the damaged area.

2) Clean and degrease the patch and the patch site.

3) Apply a thin layer of glue on both surfaces to be glued.

4) Dry for 5-10 minutes. Apply the second layer of glue and dry for 3-5 minutes. It is important to mark the point at which the glue stickiness starts to disappear (you can check this by touching it with your finger), put the patch in place and press firmly. We recommend leaving the gluing point under pressure for 3-4 hours. The glued equipment can be used after 3-4 hours.

Hot glue method:

1) Mark the place for the patch. Cut a patch from fabric or PVC film in a size that is 4-5 cm larger than the damaged area.

2) Clean and degrease the patch and the patch site.

3) Apply a thin layer of glue on both surfaces to be glued.

4) Dry for 5-10 minutes. Apply the second layer of glue and dry for 5-10 minutes.

5) Heat the glued surfaces to a temperature of 60 ° С, put the patch in place and press it firmly. The glued equipment can be used after 20 minutes.

Further Recommendations:

Glue cuts and damages larger than 4 cm on both sides. 

We recommend repairing cuts and damages with a length greater than 6 cm in specialized workshops. 

Repaired equipment with greater damage: we recommend that you repair it again at the first opportunity with a two-component glue. Operating temperature of glued equipment is  from - 40 ° С to +80 ° С. 

Repair at a temperature greater than 10 ° С. 

Store and transport at a temperature of - 10 ° С to + 30 ° С. 

Fresh glue is removed with alcohol or acetone

The maximum effect is after 24 hours. CAUTION FLAMMABLE! Keep out of reach of children. 

Work should be carried out in a ventilated room and should be kept away from fire and flammable areas.
